PERSONAL REVIEW:
We tested a 28oz. Miken Long Haul Bomber Maxload. The bat we used was fresh out of the wrapper. We tested the bat on July 2nd 2009 at Willow Pass Park in Concord, CA. The temp. was around 80 degrees with a slight wind blowing in from right field. We used a mix of Dudley Thunder ASA & USSSA balls. I hit first and was really impressed with the performance of the Long Haul Bomber. I hit alot of hard liners. I hit one line drive off the top of the fence in center that felt like it was shot out of a cannon and it came within 5 feet of hitting a squirrel running along the top of the fence. I hit a few over the fence and the furthest one I hit was a line drive that one hopped the back fence in center, probably around 370-375. The Long Haul Bomber is a great bat and one of the top bats in the game for USSSA, NSA play. Reviewed by Anthony Kelly.
