The Cannonball is the new, quickest, and easiest way for rehabilitation, therapy, strengthening, toning, and warming-up of the shoulder and arm muscles. The Cannonball can be used by both men and women (youth, ages 12 and up). The Cannonball can be used for all sports that require the use and rotation of the arms and shoulders, such as baseball and softball.
