This bat was the 5th bat I did for our video shoot and if you could have seen the blister I had going under my batting glove you would have thought I was crazy to be still swinging. That is how fun this bat is to hit. If you ask the Kellys Ultimate Sports crew they will even tell you that we continued to hit this bat after the videos were done just to see how far we could hit it. You canÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂt put it down. I am a 36 year old and I have swung everything here at Miken for the last 12 years. From the Original Ultra to the products we have today. The performance of the Ultra II has always been the peak of performance for the Senior Softball Standard and that is no secret. What you the public have been after is a bat with the same performance and added durability and this is it. We abused this bat in this video hitting the 44 core balls you will all hit. Whatever the number was in this video, multiplied by 3 of us bigger hitters and all in our 30s. After the video was done, we continued to hit this bat until we were exhausted. The bat is still going. This Ultra II 2 piece adds the sweet spot size of the Ultra II, the performance of the Ultra II, and even an upgraded feel not to mention durability. This is the first U2 to use our Vortex handle and what this will do for you seniors is incredible. It not only adds distance to the slower swing speeds, it also maintains at the higher swing speed. DESCRIPTION:
Don't have the time or resources to break in your bat before your first game, then let the professionals do it for you. We will break in your bat by hitting 100 softballs that are pitched from a pitching machine. The balls will be pitched at regular slo pitch speed with an arc of 6 TO 8 ft. We will rotate the bat so the entire barrel breaks in evenly. The Factory shrink wrap paper will be left on the bat during the break in process. This will not void your warranty like rolling your bat in a machine would. For Slow Pitch and Fastpitch Softball Bats the Softball used will be a 12 inch Dudley Thunder 44 core 400 compression.
