Acceptance You submit an electronic application at our site and will be notified within 1 hour of either being accepted or of being declined. Further instructions will be sent on how to proceed. Section 2. Links You must follow our instructions to install the web site Banner links. You can put the banner on any or all pages in your web site. It is up to you. Section 3. Rep ID Numbers It is up to you to make sure that any of your clients know where to enter your rep id in the shopping cart. You can only get credit if your id is used properly. Section 4. Links or Rep ID Numbers Only one or the other can be used. Example: if a customer links from a web site banner and also tries to use a rep id number. This will be disallowed in the shopping cart and an option will be given to choose either the link or the rep id number. Section 5. Coupons No coupons from any of our older programs may be used at the same time as a rep id number or in conjunction with a link from a web site banner. Section 7. Order Processing Kelly's Ultimate Sports only ships to the credit card holders, billing address or business address. No third-party orders will be approved. Make sure to instruct your clients of this rule. Section 8. Referral Amounts There is a climbing scale where the first 100 bats will be worth $8.00 for each bat and the accessories will be worth 5% for the first 100 accessories. For the next 200 orders, the rate for each bat will go to $9.00 and the commission for any accessories will go to 6%. After you have sold 300 bats your commission will go to the maximum payment of $10.00 per bat and after you have sold 300 accessory items the payment will go to its maxium of 7%. Commissions will not be accrued for orders outside of contiguous 48 states, Canada, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Section 9. Payment We will pay you referral fees Bi-monthly on the first wensday of the new month. A successful order means one that was approved and shipped and the customer has acknowledged that they have received their order. We have a 30-day return policy and have to allow customers that 30-day window to return their product for a credit. Therefore, any successful orders that you might have accumulated will have to allow 30 days to pass before you can receive payment on those orders. You will receive an email update every time your rep id or a webmaster link leads to an order. We will also send a complete summary when we send you your payment check from Kelly's Ultimate Sports. Section 10. Terms Either party can end this agreement by making the other party aware by writing a letter. All due money will be paid 30 days after that letter is received. Section 11. Tax information A W9 tax form will be sent to you via postal mail with your first check. You will have to sign it and mail it back to our store at 929 Texas, St Fairfield, CA, 94533. If, and only, if you surpass $599.99 a 1099 form will be sent to you and then you will have to include the earnings as income. Any amount of $599.99 and under will not have to be reported as income. By checking this I agree to all the rules stated above. You will receive an email within 1 hour either confirming or denying your program application. Once your application has been approved, you can login to your Rep or Affiliiate Account to begin taking advantage of all the program benefits immediately.
