
"Warranties"
All bats have a 1-year warranty with the manufacturer unless they are offered by us
as a non warranty bat. Have your Kelly's receipt handy when calling the 800 number
(listed on the product package) with questions.
"Returns"
Products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The item(s) must
be unused and still in the original packaging. Refunds will be minus the shipping
charges and subject to our Credits policy. Call Kelly's first to set up the return.
"Credits"
Any and all credits incur a 10% bank fee of the total credit. This applies, but isn't
limited; to refunds on returned items, credits on balances due for exchanged items
and orders cancelled after 3:00 p.m. PST of the purchase date. This policy is not
subject to negotiation.
"Exchanges"
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the purchase date. The item(s) must
be unused and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the
shipping in both directions. Call Kelly's first to set up the exchange.
Due to a Kelly's Sports shipping mistake:
If you receive any incorrect merchandise, contact Kelly's immediately so that we
can send you the correct merchandise along with a call tag that you will use to
return the incorrect merchandise to Kelly's. If after a reasonable time (7-10 days)
has gone by since you recieved the call tag and you do not return the merchandise,
we will attempt to contact you by phone and or e-mail, to remind you that you owe
us merchandise, and there is no response from you, then Kelly's sports reserves the
right to charge your credit card for the product you decided to keep.
